I’ve placed an order – how can I track its whereabouts?
Once you have placed your order and it has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order and tracking number which can be reviewed at Australia Post online.

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please make your selections carefully.

Our goods are inspected carefully and in detail during the packaging and dispatching process, however in the unfortunate and unlikely instance that an item within your order is damaged during the shipping process or missing, please contact Katie directly at Little Pink Fox on 0407 031 492 or email [email protected] within 48 hours to discuss replacement goods or alternative options.

Something is damaged in my delivery – what do I do?
As above, please contact Katie directly within 48 hours of shipment arriving to arrange replacement goods or an alternative option.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed by 2pm will be sent via Express Post the next business day.
Orders will be dispatched on business days only, no orders will be posted on Weekends or Public Holidays.

How will my order will be shipped?
All orders will be sent via Express Australia Post.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at the current time we do not ship to international countries.
